1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering or using any part of the srcplay platform — including the website, services, games and related features — you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Player") and srcplay ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the srcplay platform after any amendments to these terms will be considered as acceptance of those amendments.

The srcplay platform operates under international licensing and complies with the regulatory standards set by the relevant licensing body. All gambling activities conducted through this platform fall within the scope of that licensing framework.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use srcplay services in full, players are required to register a valid account. The registration process requires accurate, complete and current information. The following conditions must be met:

• Each individual is only allowed to hold one account
• Information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable
• Players are responsible for updating their personal information when changes occur

srcplay applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the integrity of the platform. Players may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address, or payment-related documents before a withdrawal is processed.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

srcplay supports a range of local payment methods to make it convenient for Malaysian players to deposit. All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Deposit methods accepted by srcplay include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM50.

Players are strictly prohibited from using another person's account to make a deposit. All deposits must come from a legitimate source owned by the player. srcplay reserves the right to return deposit funds if there is reasonable cause to believe the funds originated from unlawful activity.

srcplay does not bear any charges imposed by banks or payment service providers on players. Please check any such charges with your respective service provider before making a transaction.

4. Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is received and verified.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet in the player's own name
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Any wagering requirements linked to bonuses must be met first
• srcplay reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for security review purposes if deemed necessary

Available withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, USDT, BTC and ETH. Players are encouraged to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

srcplay offers various promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in each promotion's details. Players are required to read and understand the promotion terms before accepting any offer.

Welcome Bonus: srcplay offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements
• srcplay reserves the right to cancel any bonus if a player is found to be misusing promotions
• Certain betting strategies deemed manipulative may result in bonus cancellation
• Bonuses are only valid for the period stated in the respective promotion terms
• Each account is only eligible for one bonus claim per promotion

The srcplay VIP Program consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Players can move up to a higher tier based on their activity and loyalty on the platform.

6. Player Conduct and Responsibilities

All srcplay players are required to behave respectfully and ethically while using the platform. Actions that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players will not be tolerated.

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised tools to play
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to exploit any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system
• Using multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity or money laundering through the platform
• Providing false information during the registration or verification process

srcplay uses advanced monitoring technology to detect unusual activity. Players suspected of involvement in any of the above activities may be suspended or banned from the platform without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

srcplay reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for specific reasons without prior notice in cases involving serious violations of these terms.

• Violation of any provision in these terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the identity verification process
• A request by the relevant authorities
• Account inactivity for a specified period

Players may also voluntarily close their account by contacting srcplay customer support. Any remaining funds in an account closed at the player's request will be returned once all verification requirements have been met, subject to there being no outstanding wagering requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Game outcomes generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed
• srcplay is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the platform by a party not authorised by the player
• Any uncertainty or dispute regarding betting outcomes will be resolved at srcplay's discretion

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where srcplay is licensed. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism established by srcplay's licensing authority.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision will be deemed removed from these terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions still in force.

12. Changes to These Terms

srcplay reserves the right to amend, add to or withdraw any part of these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with operational, legal or regulatory requirements. Players will be informed of any material changes through appropriate channels.

It is the player's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version. Continued use of the srcplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
